Offer Details
- Eligibility: Requires registration with an eligible American Express Card.
- Purchase Requirement: A qualifying purchase is a prepaid hotel booking made online at Expedia.ca/amex.
- Credit Amount: Earn a statement credit equivalent to 10% of the total purchase amount (after taxes and fees), up to a maximum of $100 (CAD).
- Payment Method: Purchases must be made using the “Pay Now” option at checkout.
- Offer Period: Valid for purchases made until July 28, 2025.
- Registration Deadline: Card registration must occur before July 28, 2025.
Exclusions
- “Pay at Property” purchases are not eligible.
- Purchases made over the phone are not eligible.
- Purchases made through other links, including AmericanExpress.ca/travel, are not eligible.
- Excluded purchases include bundled purchases, cruises, vacation packages, flights, car rentals, activities, trip insurance, and third-party resellers.
- Partial deposits, payment installments, and financing options are not eligible.
- Only the first 150,000 cards successfully registered are eligible.
Important Notes
- Statement credit will be applied within 90 days of July 28, 2025, pending merchant confirmation of the qualifying purchase.
- The statement credit may be reversed if the qualifying purchase is returned or cancelled.
- American Express identifies qualifying transactions based on merchant-provided information.
- Purchases must be made in Canadian dollars to qualify.
